NEWSLETTER JULY 2011

Dear Friends,

We hope that this newsletter finds you all well.

July was an extremely busy month for us. Guests have posted comments on our TripAdvisor page such as 'Best Family Holiday Ever', 'Everything we expected' and 'Outstanding Holiday'. We value all your comments and do encourage our guests to share their experience with others via TripAdvisor, our Facebook pages for St Raphael Resort, Seashells Beach Tavern, Sailor's Rest and Serenity Spa, Twitter, Top Hotels, Holiday Check etc.

All our latest outlets have been received successfully and we were pleased to welcome some friends and guests to a small opening cocktail of our Serenity Spa on the 7th of July, where we had promotional discounts on Neoderma and Decleor products with free skin analysis. Likewise, we had two events at Seashells Beach Tavern. Our beach party in mid July was a great event with guests partying until the early hours of the morning and on Sunday 31st July, Sfera Radio Station 96.8 hosted a Live Link party broadcasting their famous DJs' hits across the whole island.

Our resident DJ will be performing throughout August at Seashells Beach Tavern every Saturday and Sunday from 3pm-7pm and the new menu has been launched with more dishes and drinks including pastas, meats, crepes, wraps, smoothies, fresh fruit juices and cocktails. The Sailor's Rest Lounge Bar Restaurant also has DJ performances with lounge and chill out music every Monday and Thursday from 9pm.

On top of the above events, we have also been extremely proud to be able to offer a unique performance by the 'Russian Ballet Moscowia' at the St Raphael Resort's Panorama Hall on Friday 29th of July. All our in-house guests were invited with our compliments and guests from outside the hotel could also enjoy the show for €30 per ticket. The Ballet attracted 350 spectators and was a huge success.

We would also like to mention the exciting new Limassol Branding project. The goal of this project is to make Limassol the top destination city in the Mediterranean for tourism, conventions, business and investment. Achieving this goal will not only be good for Limassol, but also for Cyprus as a whole. Everyone can share their point of view, provide their input and shape the future of Limassol by visiting Facebook and Twitter and also on a unique interactive forum at www.limassolbranding.com. We wish them the best of luck.

We are sure that you all heard about the tragedy on the 11th of July in Mari, which shocked us all and we send our deepest condolences to the families and friends of those who lost their lives.

In view of the island wide electricity shortages that followed this tragedy, we would like to inform all our clients that the St Raphael Resort has not been affected with any power shortages that may have affected our electricity supply or air-conditioning units. We have striven to make sure that all our guests continue to enjoy their holidays, both at our resort and in Cyprus.

Don't forget to check out our new website and take advantage of all the exciting special offers available for online direct bookings.

We look forward to welcoming you all soon and wish you a very happy August.

Our kindest regards,

Farah Shammas
Business Development Director
