Questions and answers related to bookings and payments.

Below you will find a step by step guide to making an online reservation using our hotel booking engine.

Click the 'Book Now' link located on our hotel home page or enter your booking criteria into our booking mask, which is also located on our home page as well as in the right hand column on all other hotel website pages.

Our booking engine will load

STEP 1: Select Check-in and Check-out Dates

  • Select Check-in Date
  • Select Check-out Date
  • Number of Nights will update automatically.
  • Select Number of 'Adults'
  • Select Number of 'Children'
  • Select Number of 'Infants'
  • Select Number of 'Rooms'

Our booking engine will automatically display all available room types and the lowest available rate first

STEP 2: 'Select Room Type - Board Basis'

  • Click a 'Room Type' and all available board basis and associated rates per room per day will be displayed. ('Bed and Breakfast', 'Half Board' and 'Ultra All Inclusive'). A photo of your selected room and a list of available amenities will be displayed.
  • Click a board basis of your choice and you will be presented with a sub total in Euros by default. You can select from the currency list and view your reservation amount in your local currency. 

Enhance your stay

We offer some great enhance your stay free bonuses and discounts. Please note, that enhancements are subject to change without notice.

  • Check the check box next to the enhancement you require. A pop-up box will appear. Enhancements may differ and may carry a charge, follow the online screen options and should you wish to add the selected enhancement to your reservation, simply, click 'Save'. (If an enhancement has an associated cost, it will be calculated and applied to your reservation once you click 'Save'. You can click 'Cancel' and the enhancement will not be saved to your reservation.)

STEP 3: Select 'Continue This Reservation'

Enter the required guest information, indicated with an asterix. (*)

Please note that you can view our booking Terms and Conditions by clicking the 'Terms & Conditions' link underneath the 'STEP3: Continue Reservation'. A pop up box will appear to show our cancellation policy and no show policy.

Clicking 'STEP 3: Continue Reservation' will allow you to enter 'Your Details', 'Guarantee Information', 'Service Requests' and 'Complete Reservation'.

'Returning guest'

  • Click the 'Returning Guest' button above 'Your Details' and the 'Returning User Login' box will display.
  • Enter your 'Email Address'
  • Enter the 'Last Four Digits of Credit Card:'
  • Click 'Sign In'

Our booking engine will complete all of your details automatically.

'Make Changes'

  • Number of Rooms, Adults, Children, and/or Infants can be modified.
    • Changes to these fields will update the reservation rate as appropriate.
  • Selection of your enhance your stay options can be modified.
    • Changes will update the reservation charge as appropriate. To change your dates of stay or select a different room type, rate type or package, click 'Make Changes' to access the calendar and product selections.

Complete 'Your Details'

  • Type your 'First Name'
  • Type your 'Last Name'
  • Type your 'Email' (Please confirm the email address entered is valid as this will be the address to which the reservation confirmation is delivered).
  • Type your 'Country'
  • Type your 'Address' (Enter the billing address for the credit card used to guarantee your reservation)
  • Type your 'City'
  • Type your 'Postcode'
  • Type your 'Phone'

Contact Address is different to your billing address

Enter a preferred contact address if different from your billing address. Check the box next to 'My contact address is different to my billing address' and enter your details as below:

  • Type your 'Address'
  • Type your 'City'
  • Select 'State/Province'
  • Enter your 'Postcode'
  • Enter your 'Phone'

Complete 'Guarantee Information'

  • Type your 'Name on Card'
  • Type your 'Card Number'
  • Select your 'Expiry date'
  • Select your 'Card Type'

Complete 'Service Requests' (if required)

  • Select the available service requests that you would like included in your hotel reservation. Service requests on the booking engine are subject to change without notice.

Complete 'Comments' (if required)

  • Please enter any additional important or requests that you would like included in your hotel reservation.

Complete Reservation

  • Check the ‘I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
  • Select 'Yes' or 'No' to receive special offers from our resort.
  • Click 'Complete Reservation' 

The rates displayed on our booking engine are inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges and are charged per room per day.

Unfortunately not, you will need a valid credit card to guarantee an online reservation. Please contact our reservations on +357 (25) - 834 200 or reservations@raphael.com.cy and they will take your booking over the phone and you can pay upon arrival, however you will still need some form of a credit card to guarantee the booking although this will not be charged unless the booking is a ‘no show’.

Absolutely! Our booking engine uses High grade Encryption (AES-256 256 bit). The page is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorised people to view information travelling between computers. This means that any information we ask from you during the booking process is encrypted prior to transmission and is sent directly to us and no one else.

Once your booking is submitted it will be sent securely to our reservations department for validation. Upon receipt of your reservation your credit card will be charged according to our terms and conditions.

Absolutely! When you submit your final booking we will send you a confirmation email with all details of your booking. Please note that after final submission it may take up to 15 minutes for your booking confirmation to come through. In the unlikely situation that you do not receive your booking confirmation by email, please contact our reservations department on +357 25 834 200 or email reservations@raphael.com.cy with your check-in and check-out dates and the guest name.

Yes! This can be done by clicking the 'Email confirmation will be sent. Click here to print a copy' link located above the hotel photo. It will open your print dialogue box with your default printer selected. For best results it is recommended that you use Landscape orientation, located under 'Printer Properties'.
