How do I modify my reservation booked through www.raphael.com.cy?

If you made your hotel reservation through our hotel booking engine (and it is within the cancellation/modification time frame) you may retreive and modify it via our hotel booking engine. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Visit our hotel booking engine page.
2. Enter your 'Confirmation Number'
3. Enter your 'Last Name'
4. Click 'Retreive Reservation'
5. Our hotel booking engine will retreive your reservation.
6. Click Modify This Reservation'
7. Please note: Changing dates, the number of persons, or the number of rooms will require the re-selection and scheduling of enhancements, package inclusions, and service requests. Please note the current selections before continuing.
8. Click 'OK'
9. Modify your reservation
10. Click 'Step 3: Continue Reservation'
11. Click 'Complete Reservation'
12. You will receive a modified reservation confirmation email. Please note, it may take up to 15 minutes for this to come through.
